What You'll Do

As a Deal Structuring & Pricing Manager, you'll lead the financial design of Accenture's most strategic deals. You will:

• Architect and present financial structures for complex outsourcing and consulting engagements.

• Oversee costing, pricing, and profitability analysis to ensure alignment with client value and Accenture's financial goals.

• Drive executive-level financial reviews and client-facing discussions during proposals and due diligence.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and manage updates throughout the deal lifecycle.

• Mentor DSP team members and collaborate across functions to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ; professional certifications such as CPA, MBA, CIMA, or ACA are highly desirable.

• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis or commercial finance, ideally within a major global corporation.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, with a solid understanding of key financial and accounting principles including NPV, IRR, Payback, and budgeting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A commercially driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance agility with financial rigor.

• Demonstrated experience in sales-driven environments, with a proven ability to build credibility and trust with solution architects and client executives.

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions. Portuguese language skills are a plus.

• Flexibility to support remote teams and collaborate on-site with clients and cross-functional Accenture teams as needed.
