The Regional Concierge Manager oversees the Partner Concierge team within their delivery hub and is accountable for delivering a consistent, high‑quality partner experience across all assigned markets. This role manages day‑to‑day operations aligned to governing leadership teams, ensures adherence to SAP Partner Marketing processes, maintains team and program performance quality, and serves as a primary escalation point for partner‑servicing issues raised by the in-region team.

Although this role does not carry a standard partner portfolio, the Regional Concierge Manager may support a small number of strategic or escalated partners as needed.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Operational Oversight

  • Lead, coach, and direct a team of in-market Concierge Specialists, aligned to Global strategy.

  • Oversee partner allocation, ensuring balanced workloads within the 1:15 service ratio model.

  • Ensure language coverage and time‑zone alignment across all served markets.

  • Monitor and uphold delivery quality, conducting QA reviews, and performance calibration.

  • Manage regional escalations and support issue resolution involving SAP market units.

Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure consistent execution of partner cadences, enablement, and planning cycles.

  • Conduct roll‑up reporting on partner performance, marketing activity impact, and engagement.

  • Drive operational standards, playbook adherence, and SAP marketing process compliance across the hub.

  • Track and report hub-level KPIs, such as partner satisfaction, engagement levels, and marketing / sales metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between SAP regional teams, global governance, and the Concierge Specialist delivery pod.

  • Communicate program updates, process changes, and best practices from SA

    The Partner Concierge Specialist is responsible for providing high‑touch SAP marketing support to an assigned portfolio of partners (15:1 ratio of partners per Specialist). This role helps partners plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns aligned to SAP's programs, ensuring measurable pipeline impact, better use of SAP marketing resources, and ongoing partner enablement.

    This is a hands‑on delivery role requiring strong communication skills, digital marketing experience, and the ability to manage partner relationships across multiple countries and cultures, within regional teams, and as a part of the larger global initiative led by Accenture.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partners.

  • Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly partner check‑ins, guiding campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Deliver monthly enablement sessions and support partners' adoption of SAP tools and processes for marketing and pipeline management.

  • Build trust-based relationships with partner marketing leads and relevant SAP stakeholders.

Marketing Execution & Optimization

  • Support partners in designing and prioritizing campaigns aligned to SAP messaging, audiences, and GTM motions.

Program Support

  • Ensure partners understand and adopt SAP marketing programs, playbooks, and campaign kits.

  • Collaborate with local Concierge Manager to maintain delivery quality and identify risks.

  • Document partner interactions and progress using agreed program tools.

KPIs & Insights

P Global Partner Marketing to the regional team and its supported partners.

  • Track and influence partner KPIs such as activities executed, leads influenced, funnel health, and campaign outcomes, using existing SAP systems where relevant.

  • Identify partner capability gaps and recommend SAP training or enablement paths.

  • Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.

  • Conduct and prepare partner performance reports within provided frameworks.

  • Assist partners in utilizing and managing SAP-provided marketing funds.

  • Partner with SAP regional teams to align on strategic priorities and coordinate escalations.

Strategic Support

  • Provide limited direct support to select high-priority or escalated partners in collaboration with the assigned Specialist.

  • Identify regional trends, risks, and opportunities, relaying insights to global governance and SAP stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including tooling, templates, and reports.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel/partner marketing, or other marketing roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, content syndication, events).

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting and consulting on marketing performance.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments.

Languages

  • Fluent Italiano required.
