We are looking for a Management Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business solutions, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement technologies.
The role is based in Spain under a hybrid work model, combining remote days with on‑site collaboration to create strong team synergies. Candidates must reside in Spain and have legal work authorization in Spain.
Functions
- Analyze end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay processes and identify improvement opportunities using data‑driven methodologies.
- Design and implement value‑driven business architectures and operating models aligned with client transformation objectives.
- Develop change management strategies to support large‑scale transformation programs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of P2P business solutions, including configuration and functional design within platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to gather requirements and define future‑state business processes.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional documentation, process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Guide teams and clients through change adoption, ensuring alignment and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide analytical insights, including quantitative evaluation of process performance, financial impact analysis, and value realization tracking.
