ACCIONA is looking for a Area Manager for its construction business. This position will be based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate marine construction activities.
• Oversee execution of dredging, piling, concrete works, and other marine elements.
• Lead subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.
• Track progress and costs; propose adjustments when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and planning departments.
• Manage daily reporting, logistics, and material needs.
• Support execution of prestressed concrete structures.

• MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with marine/coastal focus.
• Experience in international contractor settings.
• Solid understanding of marine construction sequencing and prestressing systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on a remote site under rotation or long-term deployment.
