About the Project
Lumsden Point is a major infrastructure development designed to enhance port capacity and connectivity in Western Australia. The project involves complex structural works, requiring innovative solutions and a strong focus on safety and sustainability. ACCIONA is proud to deliver this transformative project that supports regional growth and global trade.
About the Position
This role oversees earthworks, concrete and civil activities across allocated work fronts. You will lead crews and subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and support daily planning with the Site Manager and Engineers. You will drive progress, resolve issues on site and ensure works align with program and project standards.
What are the key accountabilities for the position?
- Lead day to day earthworks, concrete and civils tasks
- Drive safe work across all assigned areas
- Inspect works and maintain quality records
- Coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors
- Track progress and support program delivery
- Identify risks and escalate issues
- Support prestarts, permits and daily planning
Required Skills and Competencies
- Civil construction supervision experience
- Strong safety and quality focus
- Ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- White Card
- Relevant tickets for civil site works
