We're growing our team rapidly and looking for an ambitious Junior People Operations Partner who is hungry to learn and grow with us.

You will administer and support on all aspects of our global People Operations agenda and manage our Madrid office ensuring we create and maintain a fantastic environment for everyone to do their best work.

We see this role as a perfect fit for someone who already has foundational HR experience but wants to take more personal ownership and get their hands dirty, get great exposure to all aspects of the People function, learn and develop their career in a hyper growth startup.

In this role, you will:

• Support our employees throughout their AILY journey: You will help administer the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
• Be the champion of our People data and HR system: You will maintain our HRIS and payroll ensuring all new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and diligent manner.
• Create an awesome workplace experience for our Madrid employees: You will be in charge of and manage all aspects of our office from facilities management to being the face of Aily for our visitors to creating an 11 star employee experience.
• Get stuck in: You will have a voice and we will embrace your ideas and feedback to ensure we're constantly improving. You will have the chance to get involved in all day-to-day People operations as well as exciting new projects that we are building!

You'll be a good fit if you have:

Required qualifications/experience
• Prior experience in an HR/People operations role
• Sound understanding of Spanish employment law and core HR policies/processes
• Experience working with HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint

• Proficient in English and Spanish

Desired qualifications/experience
• Prior experience in office management or high-touch service/hospitality environment
• Start-up / scale-up experience
