Job Description:

An opportunity for an Airframe A400M production command has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla)

RESPONSABILITIES

As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

Outputs: Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.

Skills

Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.

• Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.

• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing enviroment. Problem solving.

• Languages: Advanced level in English.

Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA,TLB etc).

Office is a must.

• Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
