Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of the Integration & Tests route map and experience with Test Support Systems.
Languages: Advanced/Technical negotiation level in English and Spanish.
Soft skills: Highly focused on complying with milestones, open-minded to improve processes, and high flexibility to travel/work in different locations (Seville, Manching, etc.).
Valuable / Nice to have: Official training in Integration and Test, Avionics background, and a NATO SECRET security clearance will be highly valued.

Job Description:
An opportunity for a Mission Systems Test Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Flight & Integration Test Center team. This multicultural and multidisciplinary department is responsible for the planning, preparation, and implementation of all integration test activities at subsystem, system, and aircraft level. You will play a key role in analyzing test data and providing necessary evidence for major military programs such as A330 MRTT, A400M, Eurofighter, SIRTAP, and the future Next Generation Fighter and Future Combat Air System. Responsibilities
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
Execute and support aircraft ground and flight integration test activities for Avionics and Mission systems scope.
Interface and coordinate with Design Offices, Chief Engineering, and Program Offices to support system architecture and test strategy definition.
Elaborate test planning by reviewing, optimizing, and challenging Test Requests according to V&V plans.
Coordinate with technical domains to define proper test instrumentation and framework means for required data reduction and monitoring.
Support Flight Test Engineers in the preparation of flight test or simulator sessions, including telemetry follow-up and safety monitoring.
Write and analyze Test Reports, Certification/Qualification Cards, and Snags/PRs, providing the technical rationale for their closure.
