FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
- Search for and attract prescription projects.
- Customer service (installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies).
- Monitoring projects from start to finish:
- Drafting projects.
- Coordinating the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
- Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers and projects.
- Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers.
- Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
- Technical after-sales support: customer service and commissioning of after-sales installations. Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.). Coordination of technical after-sales.
- Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
- Support for marketing strategies.
- Collection management and incident monitoring.
- Regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
- Intermediation between customers and manufacturing.
- Customer database manager for your area.
- Company presentations, catalogs, and products.
- Customer loyalty.
- Coordination of technical-commercial training for installers.
