The Information Security Officer (ISO) is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of governance, risk, and operational security. You will report to the Information Security Manager (ISM) of Allianz Technology GDN Spain and work closely with the Local Information Security Officer (LISO) of Allianz Technology United Kingdom, playing a pivotal role in shaping control assurance across all services Allianz Technology delivers.

What you do

• Lead and coordinate security oversight activities in partnership with the LISO, including driving vulnerability remediation programs to closure.
• Design and deliver Information Security training programs that build a strong security culture across local Allianz Technology teams.
• Own end-to-end risk identification and assessment processes, leveraging GRC tools to track risk posture and conducting rigorous control assessments against the Allianz control framework.
• Lead third-party supplier security assessments, ensuring vendors meet Allianz's security standards.
• Drive the annual assurance cycle for your area of responsibility, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations to deliver results on time.
• Act as a key subject matter expert during audits, coordinating information gathering and ensuring accurate, timely responses.
• Develop and maintain strategic Information Security Dashboards that provide meaningful security insights to branch leadership.

What you bring

• Full professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong expertise in Information Security Governance, with a track record of translating frameworks into practical controls.
• Solid hands-on experience with security frameworks and conducting risk assessments in complex, multinational environments.
• Sharp analytical mindset combined with structured thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to operate with autonomy.
• Deep understanding of the three lines of defense model and how Information Security interacts with broader risk and compliance functions.
• Solid knowledge of core security domains and frameworks including Cybersecurity concepts, ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, with hands-on experience using GRC tools such as ServiceNow or Archer, practical risk management, and familiarity with AI & Audit practices. InfoSec certification (international/local) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
