About the Job

Join Allianz Technology Spain as a Strategic Projects & IT Program Management Intern and gain real, hands-on experience at the heart of one of the most ambitious IT transformation programs in the Allianz Group.

You will be embedded in the IT Service Processes and Operations department, directly working with the Program Management and Program Management Office (PMO) of a large-scale program rebuilding of the ServiceNow platform for the entire Allianz Group, with the goal of standardizing IT service management across the organization. In parallel, you will contribute to other strategic projects running within the department.

What you do

• Handle the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office in a Team - tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and open actions across multiple workstreams and keeping the program on course.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality management reporting - including status reports, dashboards and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders up to CIO and COO level.
• Coordinate and document cross-functional meetings - preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and momentum.
• Contribute to program planning activities - supporting schedule updates, resource tracking, and the structuring of workstream deliverables.
• Support stakeholder communication by drafting updates, briefing documents, and coordination materials for internal and external audiences.
• Work directly with the ServiceNow platform - gaining practical familiarity with how it is configured, managed, and leveraged for IT service processes.
• Identify and flag process gaps or coordination risks early, contributing actively to problem-solving rather than just tracking.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with availability for a full-time internship.
• Strong interest in IT program and project management, with a structured and organized way of working - you can manage multiple moving parts without losing the overview.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - you are comfortable producing professional documentation and materials for a senior audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams - you know how to turn data and information into clear, polished outputs.
• Analytical mindset - you are comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable - you take ownership of your work, ask the right questions, and do not wait to be told what to do next.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms is a plus; curiosity and willingness to learn are non-negotiable.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in productivity and automation is a plus.
