Mission
To lead and execute the Global Medical Affairs strategy for PsO, with a strong focus on lifecycle optimization, evidence consolidation and sustainment of medical value for a mature biologic, under the strategic direction and governance of the Vice President Global Medical Affairs, Biologics.
The role ensures consistent scientific excellence, optimized evidence use and effective global-to-local execution, contributing to portfolio performance through disciplined lifecycle management.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Asset-Level Medical Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement the Global Medical Affairs plan for Ilumetri aligned with biologics portfolio strategy, with emphasis on post-launch lifecycle optimization.
- Ensure tactical execution of medical plans within agreed global priorities and governance frameworks.
Scientific & Evidence Excellence
- Execute asset-level evidence activities focused on evidence maturation, comparative positioning and long-term value demonstration, aligned with portfolio-level IEGP and RWE strategies.
- Lead scientific exchange, publications and data dissemination to reinforce Ilumetri's established profile.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and Global RWE teams to support sustained value, access and differentiation.
- Contribute Ilumetri-specific medical insights to global forums through the VP Global Medical Affairs, Biologics.
Global-to-Local Enablement
- Enable affiliates through clear lifecycle strategy, tools and guidance to ensure consistent and compliant medical execution.
- Support quality, continuity and efficiency across global and local medical activities.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop the Global Medical Affairs Ilumetri team.
- Promote stable performance, collaboration and capability development aligned with portfolio priorities.
Education
