Off-Price Back Office (Internship)

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Off-Price Back Office Intern to join our team and support the administrative operations of our off-price / outlet channel. This internship is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion looking to gain hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will assist with catalog management, reporting, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations related to the off-price channel, working closely with our Off-Price Specialist. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a proactive attitude, this position is for you.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Catalog Management

• Create and manage product catalogs for our off-price partners (e.g. on platforms like JOOR), ensuring all information on excess and end-of-season stock is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate with teams to gather product details and images for outlet campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to track sell-through, stock liquidation, and campaign performance across off-price partners.

• Support data analysis to help the Off-Price Specialist make informed decisions on pricing and partner allocation.

Administrative Support

• Communicate with internal teams (Merchandising, Finance, Operations) to ensure all administrative needs of the off-price channel are met effectively.

Operational Assistance

• Assist in coordinating the launch and follow-up of off-price campaigns with partners.

• Ensure the smooth execution of daily back-office operations.

• Assist on off-price / outlet marketing activities when necessary (e.g. campaign materials, partner platform content).

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...

• Analytical Mindset: You are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and enjoy using data to track performance.

• Detail-Obsessed: You believe accuracy is key when managing product information and can handle multiple tasks with precision.

• Tech-Savvy: You are eager to learn how wholesale / off-price platforms work. Previous experience with JOOR or CRM systems is a huge plus!

• Communication Skills: You are fluent in English and Spanish and feel comfortable coordinating with different internal departments.

• Proactive & Eager to Learn: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, take initiative, and have a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

• Education: Currently studying a University Degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. Availability for an internship agreement (convenio) is required.
