We are looking for an IT Business Analyst | European Agency / Public Sector with strong expertise in requirements analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, supporting full project lifecycles, assisting with prototyping and system deployment, and ensuring that European agency systems meet usability, functionality, and integration standards.

This role focuses on business processes and system functionality rather than deep technical implementation, making it ideal for professionals from business, economics, or IT backgrounds with experience in Agile environments.

The project focuses on:

Enhancing system usability and functionality to meet evolving operational needs

Aligning applications with international best practices and compliance standards

Supporting the integration of multiple internal platforms to improve data consistency and workflow efficiency

Ensuring that business processes are well-documented, auditable, and optimized for decision-making

Collaborating with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile frameworks

You will contribute to a project that is strategically important for the agency's digital transformation, with opportunities to impact both technical and business outcomes.

🔹 Responsibilities 🔹

• Document requirements (functional & non-functional)
• Maintain technical and functional documentation
• Assist with prototyping and system deployment
• Support integration with other systems
• Work directly with stakeholders and clients
• Participate in Agile teams alongside Product Owners
• Communicate findings and produce documentation in English

🔹 Stack & Tools 🔹

• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum)
• Systems: European agency enterprise applications
• Tools: Requisite Pro or equivalent, UML, CASE tools
• Languages: English (fluent), Spanish (valued)
• Certifications: PMI, PMP, Scrum (valued)
