Intern Sports & Nature - ARTIEM Audax 2026

Join our team at ARTIEM Audax as a Sports & Nature Intern Monitor for the 2026 season!

ARTIEM Audax is looking to welcome an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Sports & Nature Department.

We're seeking someone with a passion for sport, nature and outdoor activities, who is eager to learn and grow professionally in a unique environment. You will take part in the planning, delivery and development of the hotel's sports and nature activities, supporting the team throughout all stages and gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Main responsibilities

• Support promotion, delivery and sale of the activities programme for internal and external clients.
• Assist in excursions and activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, etc.
• Ensure guests' safety during activities, following established protocols.
• Inform and advise guests about activities and equipment rentals.
• Help prepare, maintain and control the equipment needed for activities.
• Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment and departmental goals.
• Maintain a personal image and uniform in line with ARTIEM standards.

What we're looking for

• Ongoing or completed training related to sports, outdoor activities or similar.
• A strong interest in learning and developing as a sports instructor.
• Good communication skills, a friendly approach and strong customer orientation.
• Organisational skills, responsibility and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in at least two languages.
