We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Analytics to join our growing Europe Commercial organization. In this role, you will support the Head of Europe Commercial on strategic, analytical, and operational priorities across the business.

As a trusted partner to the Head of Europe Commercial, you will support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, business analysis, executive communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and the USA and gain broad exposure to commercial operations and leadership.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high expectations and significant leadership exposure.

You will report directly to the Head of Europe Commercial. The position is based in Madrid, Spain.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Head of Europe Commercial with strategic analyses and business insights, informing executive decision-making across European markets
  • Develop executive presentations, leadership materials, dashboards, and business performance reporting for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Analyze commercial, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business improvement areas
  • Drive and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and operational follow-up across functions and countries
  • Support strategic planning processes, business reviews, and leadership meetings
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner and help create structure, prioritization, and transparency in a fast-paced international environment

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree - preferably a Master's degree within Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - and bring experience from a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar. Educational background and/or professional experience related to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

Most likely, you have approximately 2-4 years of consulting experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can combine analytics, strategy, and business impact in an international commercial organization.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets and business cases
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly to executive audiences
  • A structured and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments
  • Strong business acumen combined with a proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset

To succeed in this role, we expect you to be highly structured, business-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution. You are proactive, resilient, and comfortable working independently with senior stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

Travel:

Estimated 20 days per year.
