THE ROLE:
AtAstara, we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedPostgraduate Intern in Digital Analytics & Marketingto join ourGlobal Digital Hub team. This internship is designed for postgraduate students or recent graduates who already have foundational experience indata analytics and digital marketingand want to further develop their skills in a dynamic, international environment.
In this role, you will gainhands-on experience working with marketing data, campaign performance analysis, and digital insights, supporting different initiatives across the Digital Hub. You will collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to help translate data into actionable insights.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Data Analysis
- Support the analysis of digital marketing performance across channels such as paid media, CRM, and web platforms toidentifytrends, opportunities, and insights.
Data Collection & Visualization
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing marketing and business data from multiple sources, contributing to dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making.
Reporting & Insights
- Help prepare regular reports and presentations usingExcel, PowerPoint, and other tools, summarizing campaign results and key performance indicators.
Campaign Performance Support
- Collaborate with the team to track and evaluate digital campaigns, helpingidentifyareas for optimization and improvement.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated ondigital marketing trends, analytics tools, and data best practices, contributing ideas and insights to improve digital performance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from aMaster'sdegree (postgraduate)in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Foundational experience or academic background indata analysis and digital marketing.
- StrongproficiencyinExcel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.
- Familiarity withdigital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.).
- Basic knowledge ofanalytics or visualization tools(Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Funnel, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communicationand teamwork skills.
- Fluent inEnglish.
