DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- SHE management system maintenance
- Conducting SHE operation ISO45001/ISO14001 management system, regular review & update SHE SOP/LOPs
- Conducting regular sites SHE risk assessment, inspection and audit on facilities operation, implementing risk mitigation actions
- SHE incidents/accidents investigations, implementing corrective and prevention actions
- Drive continuous improvement project to reduce accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
- Conducting emergency responding plan & BCP drill
- Monitoring workplace safety & health status, such as fire safety, air quality, occupational health risk, ergo, etc.
- Conducting contractor safety management, ensure construction safety.
- Energy efficiency & waste reduce optimization and consumption monitoring
- Implementing MOC process, assessment SHE impact & recording changing process
- SHE compliance operations
- Conducting monthly law/regulations/standard compliance assessment.
- Conducting regular spot check of SHE SOP/LOP implementation
- Regular inspections on facilities maintenance PM plan, to ensure facilities' safety operation.
- Conducting Hazard waste & chemistry management & disposal process.
- Conducting regular SHE training to AZ employee, IFM vendor & SHE team
- Maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholder & local government organizations
- Safty/Security operation support
- Supporting on initializing Safty/Security service procurement order.
- Supporting on regular spot check of security vendor operation.
- Supporting on monthly KPI review.
- Supporting on continuous improvement project.
- Supporting on facility system operation maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic / Professional qualification
Bachelor degree or above
Technical / skills training
SHE relevant education background, such as safety engineering, environmental engineering
Essential
- 8-10 years working experience in Security & SHE operation.
- 3-5 years multiple sites management experience
Desirable
- Working experience in MNC or manufacturing sites.
Good SHE sense
- Language ability
Good English competency both oral and written
- Computer literacy
Good command of pc, Microsoft office application and AI tools
