We are expanding our Design team and seeking a talented UX/UI Designer (f/m/x) to help us shape the user experience and interface for a complex, information-rich, consumer-facing product. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

As a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer, you will take ownership of end-to-end design for key features and journeys, from discovery through delivery. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers in a cross-functional squad, contributing to both core product experiences and selected high-impact marketing surfaces.

Job Description

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with product goals and user needs.
• Translate insights from research, data, and stakeholder input into clear design decisions.
• Deliver production-ready designs with clear specifications, leveraging and contributing to the design system.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and resolve edge cases.
• Participate in discovery activities, including problem framing, ideation, and concept validation.
• Balance speed and quality, knowing when to explore broadly and when to refine details.
• Contribute to consistency and usability across the product by aligning with established patterns and principles.
