We're looking for an exceptional Portfolio & PM Pool Manager. Is that you? Be part of a team that defines success at AXA Partners! What you'll be doing: Within the IT direction, the Global IT Operations department is providing key infrastructure and transversal services to all AXA Partners (Cloud, Network, Distributed Services, Telephony, IT Security, Quality of Service, End User support). To support the extension of scope of Global IT Operations, a Portfolio & Project Management (PM) Pool Team has been created. The role of the Portfolio & PM Pool Manager will be to oversee and coordinate all internal processes & related tasks that aim at ensuring the right level of control of the cost of services in scope of the department (BAU & investment costs), the related products volumes (Volume control), proper resource management, team governance & coordination of other transversal initiatives. The role will lead a team of PMOs executing the tasks. Portfolio & PM Pool Manager will also coordinate a pool of Global IT Operations Project Managers to ensure accurate capacity planning & participate in their recruitment/selection. Reporting: Support GITOPs managers in review, estimation and control of their recurring (BAU) costs & investment portfolio cost Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets Participate in the preparation and analysis of detailed budget reports (e.g., budget vs. actuals, forecasts) Provide insights and recommendations for corrective actions Enforce standardized financial processes and templates Work closely with Finance partners and other stakeholders for consistent reporting Meet deadlines and achieve good level of data quality (i.e. materials for committees) Volume Control: Track AGO product/service volumes to align with cost expectations Work closely with AGO to on regular AGO product/service volumes reviews & forecasts and prepare consolidated reporting when needed Have a very good understanding of AGO products/services in scope Project & Portfolio Management: Support PMs & managers in Investment & project delivery committees preparation Consolidation & reporting of project forecasts & commitments Supervision of governance around Expert Functions review Resource Management, Operational support & other Transversal initiatives: Ensure proper support to IT managers in resource management and other transversal initiatives across Global IT Operations Ensure alignment and communication between teams and locations. Assist the management with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks. PMs Pool coordination: Collecting demand projections and ensure accurate PM capacity planning Allocation of PMs to project based on projections & capacity Participation in recruitment of new PMs What you'll bring: Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) Familiarity with PPM tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, Clarity, Jira) Ability to analyze financial and operational data to derive insights Ability to track and report on financial performance and variances Ability to implement and enforce standardized financial and reporting processes Ability to work across departments and geographies to align on goals and deliverables Skilled in managing schedules, documentation, and executive support tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international context Ability to present complex financial and technical information clearly Strong interpersonal skills to engage with IT managers, finance teams, and external partners. Precision in financial tracking, reporting, and documentation.
