What will you do?

El ayudante de camarero participa en las actividades de apoyo operativo al servicio de comidas y bebidas, ejecutando tareas de preparación, montaje, atención al cliente y recogida. Actúa siempre bajo la supervisión de un camarero o superior, contribuyendo al correcto desarrollo del servicio en sala, barra o eventos. Funciones principales:

Apoyo en el restaurante bajo la supervisión de un camarero o superior.

Atención básica a clientes, especialmente en terraza y barra.

Toma ocasional de comandas de bebidas.

Montaje y organización de mobiliario cuando sea necesario y siempre bajo supervisión.

Apertura y cierre de la zona de trabajo asignada, al inicio o final del servicio.

Preparación de materiales y productos para el servicio de barra (limones, hielo, bebidas, etc.).

Verificación, reposición y control básico de existencias de materiales y bebidas.

Cumplimentación de los partes diarios del servicio.

Montajes sencillos de eventos (reposiciones, colocación de cafeteras, traslado de mesas, tableros, libretas, bolígrafos, etc.).

Cotejo de los pagos marcados, asegurando que no se cometen fallos en el cobro.

Apoyo logístico en la extracción y reposición de material desde el almacén, cumplimentando listado de extracciones de almacén para supervisión

What are we looking for?

-Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería. Formación en APPCC obligatoria.
- Experiencia: mínimo un año en puesto similar.
- Idiomas: Inglés Alto.
- Valorables conocimientos en: hostelería.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Tolerancia al estrés.
- Agilidad y equilibrio.
