What will you do?

Recepción y revisión exhaustiva del expediente procedente de los MICE Sales Executive. Coordinar todos los detalles operacionales del grupo (audios, montajes, menús, alergias, material, servicios...).

Contratar y coordinar con empresas externas todos aquellos servicios necesarios para la realización del evento no disponibles en el Hotel .

Mantener actualizados los sistemas de reservas (habitaciones y salas) en función de las modificaciones solicitadas.

Revisión de los términos contractuales según cambios y cancelaciones.

Hacer el seguimiento de los pagos pendientes y optimizar servicios y montajes según las necesidades del hotel

Elaborar a través del PMS las órdenes de servicio, volcando toda la información facilitada por el cliente durante el tiempo previo al evento y traspasar el expediente y toda la documentación al Hotel.

What are we looking for?

Formación: Grado en Turismo o similar, Posgrado en Escuela de Comercio
Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en departamentos comerciales.

Conocimientos en idiomas (inglés nivel alto imprescindible).

Conocimientos en ofimática a nivel usuario. Se valora conocimiento de OPERA

Escucha activa, discreción y Tolerancia al estrés.

Relaciones interpersonales (amabilidad, cordialidad, empatía, simpatía, asertividad, etc.)

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, planificación y organización, orientación a resultados, flexibilidad, capacidad de resolución de posibles imprevistos,

habilidades comerciales.
