What will you do?

Responsabilidades principales

  • En coordinación con la Dirección Comercial Corporativa, definición e implementación de la estrategia comercial para grandes cuentas internacionales en los segmentos Corporate y MICE.
  • Identificación, captación y desarrollo de cuentas clave con presencia multinacional o global (Corporaciones multinacionales, Consortia, TMCs).
  • Liderazgo en procesos de negociación complejos: RFPs globales, acuerdos marco internacionales, programas preferentes y contratos multi-país.
  • Gestión directa de un portfolio de cuentas estratégicas, asegurando crecimiento de producción, rentabilidad y penetración en la red hotelera.
  • Coordinación con equipos comerciales regionales y locales para la correcta implementación de acuerdos globales y alineación estratégica.
  • Análisis de performance de cuentas (KPIs, producción, market share, share of wallet) y definición de planes de acción, así como elaboración de reporting estratégico, previsiones y seguimiento de objetivos comerciales.
  • Representación de la compañía en ferias internacionales, workshops, roadshows y eventos del sector.
  • Desarrollo de relaciones de alto nivel con decisores clave

What are we looking for?

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5-7 años en ventas hoteleras, con al menos 2-3 años gestionando grandes cuentas internacionales o posiciones de responsabilidad.
  • Experiencia demostrada en negociación de RFPs globales, acuerdos multinacionales y cuentas estratégicas.
  • Conocimiento profundo del segmento Business Travel y MICE a nivel internacional.
  • Experiencia trabajando con TMCs globales (American Express GBT, CWT, BCD Travel, etc.) tanto en el área de Corporate transient como en MICE.
  • Alto nivel de interlocución y capacidad de negociación con perfiles senior.
  • Manejo avanzado de CRM y herramientas de análisis comercial.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional.

Idiomas

  • Inglés obligatorio (nivel muy alto, negociación).
  • Valorable otros idiomas (francés, alemán u otros mercados estratégicos).
