What will you do?

Gestión y control de los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.

Consecución del Plan del Ventas y generación de ingresos al departamento: Planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción y formará al equipo para la venta.

Organización y coordinación de los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar.

Control de costes: Gestionará los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente.

Gestión de plantillas: Se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo.

Control de la calidad del servicio prestado: Ajustándolo a las necesidades expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instrucciones del director de A&B del hotel

What are we looking for?

Conocimientos básicos de cocina,

Conocimientos de maridaje y coctelería, así como de otras bebidas.

Conocimientos avanzados de enología y gestión de bodega.

Conocimientos de vinos y gastronomía italiana

Conocimientos de idiomas: inglés (imprescindible).

Conocimientos en el uso de TPV y datáfono.

Conocimientos de ofimática a nivel usuario.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar.
