What will you do?

Las funciones principales de la posición serán las siguientes:

• Gestionar check-in y check-out de manera eficiente.

• Asignación de habitaciones y solicitudes especiales.

• Controlar los no-shows, late check-out y early check-in.

• Responder consulta presenciales, telefónicas y por correo con rapidez y precisión.

• Funciones de conserjería y consigna.

• Resolver incidencias con actitud proactiva y orientada al cliente.

• Ofrecer recomendaciones locales.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente en sector Hotelero. Preferible en Recepción.

• Valorable formación específica en Recepción/Front Office.

• Idiomas: inglés alto (B2 o superior), valorable otros idiomas.

• Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática (OPERA), hostelería, CRM, normativa ISO.

• Trabajo en equipo y coordinación interdepartamental.

• Rigurosidad en caja, facturación y datos.

• Turnos rotativos.
