What will you do?

• Mantener y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo de la función propia del departamento, con especial atención a:
• Planificar el trabajo (objetivos, horarios, reparto de tareas, etc).
• Supervisar los métodos de trabajo, uso de materiales y productos, y trato con el cliente.
• Controlar costes: gestión de los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente, tanto recursos humanos como recursos materiales.
• Gestionar plantilla.
• Controlar calidad del servicio prestado, ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, estableciendo métodos estandarizados de trabajo para realizar las actividades de cada día buscando como principal objetivo la eficiencia económica y lograr los resultados de calidad establecidos.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo o similar.
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, productos y técnicas de limpieza.
