What will you do?
- Implementar de manera efectiva la marca en todos los puntos de contacto del cliente (antes, durante y después de la estancia), manteniendo la coherencia con el posicionamiento y los estándares.
- Implantar conceptos de marca de manera efectiva en nuevas aperturas y procesos de rebranding de hoteles en la región de EMEA.
- Ser el principal punto de contacto para aplicar la marca en espacios físicos, comunicación, canales de venta y experiencia de cliente.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otras áreas, asegurando que los mensajes clave y el diseño se cumple según las directrices de marca.
- Ejecutar la producción de nuevos activos de marcas en colaboración con agencias y colaboradores externos.
- Mantener actualizados y supervisar los materiales de marca en los canales internos, asegurando su correcta disponibilidad y coherencia.
- Capacitar a equipos internos sobre la correcta aplicación de marca.
- Detectar oportunidades y definir acciones que impulsen las marcas y la diferenciación a través de la generación de experiencias únicas.
- Realizar estudios de benchmarking y monitorización de estudios de nuevas tendencias y hábitos en los segmentos upscale y lujo.
What are we looking for?
Requisitos:
- Titulación en Marketing, Administración de empresas.
- Conocimiento sólido en Branding, Diseño gráfico y Marketing.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años, preferiblemente sector hotelero.
- Nivel alto inglés hablado y escrito. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
- Dominio MS Office y conocimiento de entornos de diseño como Adobe o Figma.
- Habilidad en gestión de proyectos y organización multitarea.
- Habilidad para utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
- Habilidad analítica, atención al detalle y sentido estético.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
