This Is What Your Role Looks Like

At Basic-Fit, our HR technology landscape is as fast-moving as the business itself. As our Workday Application Consultant, you'll be the technical lead who keeps it all running - and continuously improving.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain our Workday environment, translating business requirements into smart, scalable solutions. From designing automation to coaching colleagues and advising in HRIS meetings, your expertise will shape how HR technology works across the entire organization. Your Responsibilities

Configure & implement: Deliver configuration changes - business processes, security roles, reports, and new features - aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Provide expert support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in collaboration with internal IT, Workday support, and external vendors.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and leverage Workday's latest features to keep us ahead.
Advise stakeholders: Participate in HRIS business expert meetings and provide technical guidance.
Stay ahead of innovation: Research new developments and vendor-managed solutions relevant to our HRIT landscape.
Coach & develop: Guide and mentor other application and functional consultants within the team.

Who Are You?

You're a Workday expert with a sharp eye for detail and a structured, hands-on approach. You know how to navigate complex technical landscapes, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and get things done - even when requirements are still evolving.

We're looking for someone who brings:

At least 4-5 years of Workday experience, including involvement in transformation projects.
Deep knowledge of Workday, ideally with a focus on one or more modules: HCM Core, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, or Reporting.
Strong technical skills in automation and system configuration.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
Experience in an Agile environment is an advantage.
A structured, organized working style with strong communication skills.
