As a Risk Analyst, you will proactively identify and counteract fraudulent behaviors-including bonus abuse, chargeback patterns, affiliate fraud, and AML/CFT risks-through data-driven analysis and hands-on investigation of customer accounts

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to fast, accurate decision-making that supports a safe gaming environment.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Monitor daily risk reports and take action to detect and mitigate fraud or chargebacks.
• Screen accounts for suspicious activity (e.g., bonus abuse), and handle withdrawals in line with company procedures
• Investigate and escalate fraud cases as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes.

What we are looking for

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar risk/fraud detection role.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong in English
• Bonus if you've worked in the iGaming industry!

 Location & Work Model

• Based in Buenos Aires

• Hybrid work model with flexibility.

• Schedule 3pm-12am may include weekends and holidays rotational
