About you
You hold a master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
You have 5-8 years of experience in SAP master data, ideally within life sciences or healthcare operations. An SAP MDG certification is a strong plus.
You possess a strong understanding of how master data enables manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, compliance, and finance processes.
You have hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA master data structures and their real‑world business impact.
You bring experience in consulting or global transformation programs, equipping you with strong skills in workshop facilitation, client communication, structured problem‑solving, and stakeholder alignment.
You are familiar with data migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, LSMW, or BDC.
You work effectively across business and IT, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
You are well‑organized and understand the importance of documentation, communication, and relationship building.
You have ideally already been exposed to regulated environments, audits, or compliance reviews.

About the role
At Bluecrux, we help life sciences and healthcare organizations strengthen the data foundations that power their operations. As an SAP Master Data Consultant, you'll work across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP MDG to assess, design, and optimize master data processes-enhancing data quality, governance, compliance, and overall operational performance.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders, shaping master data operating models, guiding governance decisions, and ensuring that SAP data structures fully support regulated, high‑stakes environments.
In this role, you will:
Translate business needs into clear master data requirements, ensuring value‑chain processes run smoothly across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Bridge business and IT teams by converting operational needs into SAP data models, governance rules, and functional design decisions.
Lead workshops to define master data standards, ownership, approval flows, and regulatory alignment (GxP, cGMP, serialization, traceability).
Provide functional guidance on SAP MDG, including workflow design, validations, governance rules, and integration with S/4HANA.
Support blueprinting, fit‑gap analysis, UAT preparation, and deployment of MDG‑enabled processes.
Assess data quality and drive standardization, harmonization, and lifecycle governance across global operations.
Contribute to data cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities (including SAP ETL and BDC-based approaches) for S/4HANA programs.
Execute or coordinate SAP ILM and Data Archiving activities in line with compliance and client policies.
Train end users and data owners on governance models, standards, and MDG processes while supporting change and adoption.
Create clear consulting deliverables such as documentation, playbooks, RACIs, and governance frameworks.
