- Architecture leadership
Own the multi‑year architecture roadmap for Patient CRM-Health Cloud to Life Sciences Cloud-including domain, data, integration, security, and runtime architecture on Hyperforce; define reference patterns for Experience Cloud portals, Shield, and eventing.
- Product & design authority
Translate patient‑journey outcomes into composable capabilities and epics; conduct option analyses (configure vs. custom vs. ISV) and chair architecture/design reviews across vendors and internal squads.
- Integration & data
Establish canonical models and APIs with Integration Layer/MDM and hub partners (e.g., Pharmacord/McKesson), eRx/eBV/PA, and omnichannel services; ensure data lineage, identity resolution, and consent enforcement across patient touchpoints.
- Security, privacy & compliance
Embed platform security (Shield, encryption, BYOK), SSO/JIT, auditability, and retention; align with patient privacy, AE/PC reporting flows, and validation needs.
- Delivery excellence
Guide multi‑partner delivery (SI/ISV) using pragmatic guardrails, branching/versioning, DevSecOps, automated testing, telemetry/observability, and SLAs for run; reduce tech debt and drive "build once, scale many". Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Stakeholder engagement
Partner with Salesforce COE, IT Cross Functional Teams, Patient Excellence, Field Operations (PaCE/RAAD), and Compliance to prioritize value, shape release scope, and communicate trade‑offs and decisions to leadership.
- Thought leadership
Collaborate closely with Global Salesforce COE team and track Salesforce roadmap (LSC, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein), evaluate fit for patient‑services scenarios (DTC models, concierge/agent desktops), and pilot responsibly.
