Extensive customer orientation - International experience.

The Position

Ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're seeking a motivated team member to help build and enhance our HR General Services across North America. This role offers the opportunity to lead key back-end processes throughout the employee life cycle -from onboarding to offboarding- while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
  • Participate in the roll-in of the selected client countries following the deployment roadmap regarding employee central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
  • Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.
