Job Overview :
Location: Booking Holdings, Center of Excellence - Bangalore, India
Team: Trust & Safety, part of Security Operations
The Training & Quality Specialist is responsible for improving operational performance through training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
This role will support onboarding and up-skilling, run quality reviews and calibrations, identify root causes of inconsistencies, and partner with CoE Operations to drive measurable improvements and action plans for Response executive performance.
Evaluating T&S activities to ensure accurate triage and classification, case handling, process and policy adherence, and measuring performance against established QA benchmarks.
Deliver onboarding and refresher training, ensuring learners ramp up quickly and consistently.
Provide structured feedback loops to Operations and stakeholders (process clarity issues, tooling gaps, knowledge gaps).
Identify trends, insights, and behaviors, and ensure they meet enterprise standards by maintaining a strong partnership with the Training & Quality Leads, our T&S members, cross-functional teams.
This role implies the responsibility for ensuring the right information and knowledge is captured.
This role requires someone who is a team player, well organized, efficient in change management. Besides, the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment, to work under pressure, as well the ability to react swiftly and adapt plans quickly to meet business needs is required.
Experience with T&S escalation case reviews and incident assessment is preferred.
