Job Description

• Balance cost driven mindset & customer satisfaction.
• Super good communication skills to convince vendors, customers & associates.
• Management and coordination of admin service in FCM3-Nj: shuttle bus, landscaping, indoor plant etc. for NjP1, VM and EVAMO three plants
• Management and coordination of FCM-Nj-SES, support audit with evidence and documentation for NjP1, VM and EVAMO three plants
• Operating physical protection system
• Developing and managing service and internal processes related to site security.
• Installing entry points, managing access control and access card system
• Defining, coordinating, and controlling subcontractor security guarding tasks
• Event security support
• Site access control according to site regulations
• Issuing access cards, managing card rights, controlling, and monitoring the use of access cards
• Maintaining zone security system, tracking, and monitoring changes
• Controlling of parking and vehicle entry system
• Maintaining and updating BIS, CCTV, firefighting systems etc.
• Project management, contract fulfillment, cost controlling.
• Nanjing cluster CST7 leader in GR China Regional Service Team Security (RST7)
