[Job Description]

• Construct and manage the operation of the entire IT/OT infrastructure at Bosch's domestic locations (factories, warehouses, offices) in line with global concepts.
• Support the provision of comfortable IT services through system troubleshooting and consulting.
• Responsible for asset planning, procurement, and management of IT infrastructure equipment, promoting strategic IT investments for the future.
• Actively apply standard processes to comply with Bosch's corporate regulations and meet security requirements, ensuring compliance.
• Actively participate in global/regional projects and internal/external audits, contributing to overall organizational improvement.

資格

[必須の経験・スキル]

• Windows/Linuxサーバーの知識および構築・運用経験があること。
• データベース（Oracle, MS-SQL等）の知識および運用サポート経験があること。
• Virtualization Infrastructure (VMwareやNutanixなど）の知識およびサポート経験があること。
• ITILプロセス（インシデント/問題/変更管理など）の知識および経験があること。
• チームワークを重視し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図れること。
• 日本語・英語両方でのコミュニケーション能力があること。（日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：TOEIC700点以上）

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

• 製造、物流、研究所、または施設管理におけるIT関連業務の経験。
• Oracle Master 認定または同様のスキルレベル。
• ISO27001、ISO27002、IEC62443などのグローバル標準規制に関する知識。

[求められる英語力]

• TOEIC 700点に相当する英語力。グローバルチームとの連携に必要なレベルです。

[英語の使用頻度]

• 海外チームとのコミュニケーションが多いため、ほぼ毎日英語を使用する機会があります。

[Required Experience and Skills]

• Knowledge and experience in building and operating Windows/Linux servers.
• Knowledge and experience in operating and supporting databases (Oracle, MS-SQL, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in supporting Virtualization Infrastructure (such as VMware or Nutanix).
• Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management, etc.).
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English communication (Japanese: Native level, English: TOEIC 700+).

[Preferred Experience and Skills]

• Experience in IT-related tasks within manufacturing, logistics, research institutes, or facility management.
• Oracle Master certification or a similar skill level.
• Knowledge of global standard regulations such as ISO27001, ISO27002, and IEC62443.

[Required English Proficiency]

• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 points. This level is necessary for collaboration with global teams.

[Frequency of English Usage]

• English is used almost daily due to frequent communication with overseas teams.
