Requisitos

Qualifications

  • Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
  • Languages: English (Intermediate level), Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
  • Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for handling correspondence and liaising with others. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality: PAs often handle sensitive information and need to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Problem-solving and initiative: be able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills: be able to interact with a variety of people and build relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure: wwork in fast-paced environments and need to be able to handle stress.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities upon receiving trainings:

  • Department Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars, and providing reminders.
  • Communication: Handling Personnel Announcement and other announcements from department towards Mobility areas.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Administrative Support: Managing department's capacity, and other administrative tasks.
  • Project Management: Assisting with special projects and providing updates.
  • Budget Controlling: Controlling department's budget.
