Requisitos

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Microwave Technology, or related fields. A master's or Ph.D. is preferred. 

- More than 5 years of experience in automotive radar or millimeter-wave radar development, with at least 3 years in a management role. 

- Proficient in the design principles, development processes, and relevant standards of automotive millimeter-wave radar, with system-level architecture design capabilities. 

- Solid foundation in radar hardware, software, and signal processing technologies, with the ability to guide the team in analyzing and solving complex problems. 

- Familiar with market demands and technological trends in automotive radar, capable of applying technological innovation to real products. 

- Strong team management skills, with excellent communication, coordination, and project management experience. 

- Familiar with automotive electronics industry standards and certification requirements (such as ISO 26262, ASIL, etc.). 

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Description

- Manage the overall operations of the automotive millimeter-wave radar development department, including project planning, technical strategy formulation, team building, and resource coordination.

- Lead the product development team to drive the full-cycle development of automotive millimeter-wave radar products from concept design to mass production.

- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely project completion and meet quality requirements.

- Monitor industry trends and introduce the latest millimeter-wave radar technologies and application solutions.

- Tackle technical challenges and lead the team in continuously optimizing product performance, enhancing system reliability and stability.

- Collaborate closely with other departments (software, and system integration) to ensure smooth product development.

- Responsible for the preparation and organization of technical documentation, patent applications, and related R&D materials.
