Requisitos

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experiences in sales is a must. Having experience in FMCG or industrial sales is an advantage
  • Education: Technical, economic or marketing bachelor
  • Hard working and willing to work under high pressure
  • Skillful in communication, negotiation and influencing customers
  • Proactively to accomplish assigned task and managing allocated regions
  • Be able to travel in allocated region
  • Fluently using Microsoft office: excel, ppt, words, outlook
  • Be able to drive car

Job Description

  • Manage, develop and control the sales of Power Tools, Accessories, Measuring Tools and other business units in the Traditional Trade Distribution Channel in Central Vietnam
  • Be responsible for collecting debt. Ensure aging dates and overdue are under controlled
  • Hunting new potential customers to develop sustainable growth in region
  • Maintain and develop wholesale distribution in region
  • Develop sub-dealer system, build up long term relationship and loyalty in order to gain market share and market coverage
  • Visiting customers to gain market information, update and feedback to the management. Collect customers' database
  • Be represent of the company in the market to solve problems & conflicts, control the distribution in the region to ensure steady development
  • Propose, implement & monitoring sales promotion campaigns, sell-in & sell-out on daily basic
  • Manage POSM & brand image in allocated areas
  • Manage, lead, support and coach trade developer to execute sell out activities in region
  • Manage and support indirect accounts (users: projects, factories, construction company etc.)
