Job Description
- Steer Formulation Engineering and Testing (Incl. Dyno and Physical-chemical testing) to support business formulation strategy.
- Leading brake pad technology R&D to support pad business market leading position.
- Supporting cross functions for competitive products, including Benchmark, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability.
- Manage organization competence development for future needs.
- Manage lab resource supporting business requirement.
