Reporting to: Copy Manager/ Copy Supervisor

The Copy Trainee plays a supportive role within the creative copywriters team, helping to develop

engaging and accurate content for healthcare campaigns while learning the craft of copywriting. This

entry-level position focuses on building skills, gaining industry knowledge, and assisting senior team

members to ensure campaigns meet agency standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and refining copy for various channels under close guidance from senior

creatives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to observe and contribute ideas when appropriate.

• Support senior copywriters and art directors in preparing campaign materials and presentations.

• Learn how to adapt tone and style to different audiences, brands, and platforms.

• Help with research and gathering reference materials for creative projects.

• Collaborate with designers, medical writers, and other team members to understand campaign

processes.

• Take on feedback from senior colleagues to improve writing skills and creative thinking.

• Stay curious and engaged with industry trends, campaign examples, and creative best practices
