The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is the next-generation hub for executive engagements at Celonis. We deliver exclusive, extraordinary, and forward-looking experiences around our Celonis platform to a C-suite audience. As the winner of the Best New Executive Briefing Center Program globally from the Association of Briefing Managers, our team prides itself on being a key contributor to the success of executive engagements. The goal of the Executive Briefing is to create impactful peaks in the customer journey, translating to long-term, sustainable value and strategic alignment for all stakeholders.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Briefing Center Intern to join our dynamic team. To support our upcoming strategic initiatives, we are looking for a unique profile: someone with a strong background or affiliation with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Whether you are elevating our white-glove executive experiences or helping us showcase intelligent, next-generation technological capabilities, you will gain hands-on experience managing and executing high-stakes briefings for key clients and partners. You will work closely with the EBC team to ensure flawless operations, assist with innovative content preparation, and create memorable, impactful experiences for our guests.

The work you'll do:

• Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other departments to create, plan, and execute highly impactful, premium customer experiences.
• Help coordinate the logistical aspects of briefings-including scheduling, room setup, catering arrangements, and ensuring the flawless, high-end execution of events.
• Assist with the curation and maintenance of meeting content and event documentation, weaving in modern technological concepts and business value.
• Analyze feedback from briefings to support continuous improvement and future-forward innovation.
• Support ongoing strategic projects, such as the creation of a demo experience in our customer innovation area in the Munich HQ

The qualifications you need:

• Location: Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at our headquarters.
• Specialized Experience: A demonstrated background, passion, or affiliation in Event Management - OR - strong expertise and academic focus in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Highly coachable, competitive, and driven by intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging in high-level communications with internal executives and external C-suite contacts.
• Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize tasks, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
