About the role:
CHANEL is looking for acreative,Adult LearningInstructional Designerto join ourFashion Expertise team.You will play a leading role inimpactinghow our Fashion Retail populationreceivesandretainsinformation relevant toProduct, Service and Stylein a Boutique environment. This role interfaces withsubject matter experts throughout the Fashion Divisionand is a key partner forour Corporate and Retail Fashion Expertiseand Digital Learningteams.They will becritical to thedesign, implementationstrategyand impact assessmentofwide-scalelearning programsalongside the Group Director of Fashion Engagement & Curriculum.Our ideal candidate will have3-4years of experience anda passion forbuildingFashion-centric classroom-style learning modules.

- Conductongoingneeds assessments in partnership with the Group Director, Fashion Engagement & Curriculum toensure learning solutions are relevant toevolvingbusiness needs.
- Adapt Globalanddesign localskill-and-knowledge-basedlearningsolutionsthat will engage Adult Learners of varied levels of tenure andexpertise.
- Global and local programs consist of seasonal Fashion collectiontraining,ClientExperience modules,Product ExpertiseSeminarsand Styling content.
- Collaborate in developingaLearning Management System toquantifyreachof learning programsacrosslearningpopulation of ~1,400 Retail employees.
- Embrace tech and AI tooptimizelearning content creation and boost learner retention.

What youwill bringto the team:
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, AdultEducationorHuman Resourcespreferred
- Certificates in Adult Learning or Instructional Designencouraged
- Experience in learning content design and Instructional Design methodologies
- Expertiseingathering learner data to measure impact oftraining teamoutput
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Suite, especiallyTeams,PowerPointand Excel
- Understanding of Luxury Retail environment
Position Logistics:
- Partially Remote: Rolerequiresa minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location/office.
3-4 Years of experience in content design, learning, retail or Fashion
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adult Education or Human Resources preferred
Location: New York City Office
Travel requirements: Minimal <10%, ad-hoc

Compensation:
- Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is70,200 through 119,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits,and/orperks.
