LEADPRODUCTSTRATEGYANDEXECUTION PLAN
Evaluate potential businessmodel, define and deploy implementation roadmap to further build Brand Image, Desirability and Vitality.
Innovate and find new levers in the 360-degree development plan. Collaborate with all teams to implement successful executionandaction plans.
Supportmerchandising planning,marketsandglobal team to maximize the stock opportunities
Monitorof the implementation of the product strategy
COLLECTION ASSORTMENT ANDBUYING RECOMMENDATIONSBASED ON DATA ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS INISGHTS
Prepare Pre-buys (OTB/Sales Analysis/Pre-Buy & Sell Thru reports).
Lead Buys in the showroom (6 times a year) working collaboratively withinMerchandisingteamas well ascross métiers,e.g.Style Expertise, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Press, etc.
LeadPost-buyscollaborations and drive strategic decision making across stakeholders from crossmetiers(Sharing, Deep Listening, Convincing, Open Minded).
Be responsible forthe full assortment, order follow up .
BUSINESSAND PRODUCTINTELLIGENCE
Develop strong knowledge ofthe marketclients throughpreviousexperience, detailed analysis of the business and strong interactions withcrossmetierswithin Singaporee.g.Style Expertise, Visual Merchandising, Retail etc.to influence product strategy.
Provide relevant merchandising business reports (trends, new products, customers' habits, product marketing activities, pricing, etc.) to Local,Regionaland Global partners.
Initiatebusiness reports forinternal stakeholders,to help them better understand trends,needsand product specificities (quantitative and qualitative side).
Share regular and actionable findings withstakeholdersto define action plans.
Follow the KPIs (Sales, SOH, Sell Thru) in alignment with Market objectives.
Define Market ad-hoc needs on business analysis,sharefeedbackand requeststothe regionalMerchandising team.
Carry out regular market research and competitor analysis, getting insights from the market team, the regional & global teams, etc.
TEAM DEVELOPENT ANDCOLLABORATION WITH OTHER STAKE HOLDERS
Leadand developa team of twomerchandisersin Singapore through effective team design, allocation of categories, performance management,and capability development
Initiateactivities orprojects with key stakeholdersfor the respective categoriesthat brings an impact to the business
Define and implement relevant Merchandising KPIs
Collaborate with VM tooptimizeproduct store display and attractiveness thanks to the right assortment provided to each boutique
Ensure relevant assortment for each events / marketing activities in boutiques
Collaborate withRetail Learningteam on the improvement of product knowledge among the staff (active participationtotrainings, business knowledge sharing, etc.).
Collaborate with Style Expertise toinfuseChanel allureandSilhouetteapproach.
Ensure a solidandmutual trustcollaboration amongall key stakeholdersacrossSingapore's teams/Global / Regional / Markets.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor Degreeholder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Proven track record and thorough expertise in merchandising and buying from Fashion luxury industry.
Possess an innovative mindset, able todemonstrateout of the box thinking with the courage to experiment and test new ways of doing things.
Ability to motivate and developteam,andpromotehigh levelsof performance.
Excellent influencing, relationshipmanagementand interpersonal skills arerequired.
Able todemonstratestrong business acumen and sensitivity to the changes in the external business, social, economic,politicaland technological environment.
