Marketing Specialist

Planning and development of sales campaigns (especially the organization of in-person, hybrid, and webinar events, and digital marketing initiatives), as well as monitoring key performance indicators and reporting for continuous improvement.

Defining, planning, promoting, organizing, and monitoring firm-wide events in all their possible formats (in-person, online, or hybrid).

Coordinating the distribution of publications (newsletters, legal flash, etc.).

Segmenting the client database to appropriately target the audience for each campaign.

Planning marketing campaigns and proposing actions to improve their impact and return on investment.

Analyzing big data extracted from sales activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize campaigns.

Benchmarking and identifying opportunities. Identifying and analyzing the competition, as well as trends in event organization and online campaigns.

Updating the firm's website.

Managing the database.

Other institutional commercial and promotional activities such as sponsorships.

Essential: 3-4 years of experience in event organization, both in-person and online (in a marketing agency, Big Four accounting firm, corporate events manager, or conference organizer).

Experience with online marketing campaigns.

Analytical and strategic data analysis skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Fluency in spoken and written English.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Knowledge of the legal sector is highly valued.
