The Role

As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer journeys and provide structured feedback through our digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Select assignments based on your availability and location
• Visit assigned locations and evaluate the full customer experience
• Pay close attention to details such as service quality, environment, and interactions
• Assess both in-store and digital touchpoints, including follow-up communication
• Submit structured and objective feedback via short online questionnaires

Requirements
