Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Experience: You have 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
• Financial Domain Knowledge: You aren't a Finance Owner but you understand IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition deeply enough to build the processes that satisfy our SMEs.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Mentorship: You enjoy teaching others how to think about "The Big Picture" of process architecture.
• English advanced/proficient level. 

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows.
