We are part of an international banking group operating in more than 60 countries. Our Branch Operations team ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly - from payments and settlements to corporate actions and reporting.

If you want to understand how banking operations really work and gain hands-on experience in an international environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Support and control selected outsourced areas (Payments, Investigations, Static Data, TFR, etc.)
  • Cooperate with the Custody team on trade settlement and corporate actions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects
  • Identify and escalate operational or regulatory risks when needed

You'll get real responsibility from day one and exposure to different parts of the bank.

Skills

  • Czech - native or fluent level
  • English - communicative level (daily emails and calls)
  • Basic understanding of accounting / finance
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel; MS Access is an advantage)
  • Highschool degree in economics (or similar)
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn
