Role Description
- This role provides programme management office (PMO) and governance support for the GP Contract Remediation activities, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and reporting of various in scope programs.
- The PMO will coordinate governance forums, ensure appropriate and timely reporting, maintain programme artefacts, and support delivery teams in meeting agreed timelines.
- The role requires strong organisational and data analytics skills, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities
- Governance Coordination: Manage the scheduling, preparation, and documentation for programme governance forums, including steering committees and working groups
- Programme Planning & Tracking: Maintain change Book of Work and delivery trackers; monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays
- Reporting & MI: Produce dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries using Excel and PowerPoint; support data-driven decision-making
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with delivery leads and other internal stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment and timely updates
- Documentation Management: Maintain programme artefacts including charters, action logs, decision registers, and regulatory evidence packs
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to PMO processes, templates, and reporting tools; contribute to automation initiatives
Your skills and experience
Essential Skills
- 5 years experience in a PMO or programme coordination role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data to inform decision-making
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting governance forums
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Copilot for enhanced productivity, reporting, and documentation
- Background in contract lifecycle management, or technology-enabled contract solutions
- Understanding of risk reporting, programme KPIs, and delivery metrics
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
