DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. As part of our Robotics Platform Engineering team, you will support and evolve the bank's global Blue Prism automation platform across all environments. You will ensure the stability, scalability, and availability of our RPA infrastructure while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, technical automation, and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

· Provide 3rd‑level support and technical monitoring for the global Blue Prism RPA infrastructure, ensuring stable and performant environments across INT, UAT, and PROD.

· Implement deployments, configuration changes, and environment upgrades, including migrations across Blue Prism versions and creation of new application instances.

· Manage Windows server and robot provisioning, including ordering, configuration, activation, and validation of all technical services required for Robotics operations.

· Investigate and resolve technical and functional incidents, including issues caused by script failures, infrastructure services, or changes in robot‑operated applications.

· Support automation enablement using DevOps practices, including monitoring, deployment automation, software packaging, certificate management, and tooling (Bitbucket, TeamCity, Artifactory, UCD, Jira).

Skills

· Strong technical support capabilities (3+ years) with experience administering Windows Server, SQL Server, and relational or NoSQL databases.

· Proficiency in SQL scripting and automation development, including PowerShell, T‑SQL, dbRun utilities, and database job orchestration.

· Ability to apply SOLID principles, OOP concepts, and design patterns to troubleshoot, analyse, and improve technical solutions.

· Hands‑on experience with Agile ways of working, including active participation in stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress tracking in Jira/Confluence.

· Exposure to DevOps and RPA ecosystems, such as Blue Prism, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Artifactory, Ansible, and CI/CD infrastructure, with an experimental and creative mindset.
