About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Hair Assistant to join our team. The Hair Assistant is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with hair spa related enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing as well as supporting in scheduling treatments. The role also includes taking a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires.

What you will do

* Support the company's philosophy and company culture using guiding principles and delight as part of ensuring guest satisfaction and the achievement of our mission statement.
* Welcome the guests at the Hair Spa.
* Assisting in cleaning of Hair Spa and any area request by Art Manager.
* Ability to upsell hair products and retail brands within the hair spa.
* Implements correct shampoo technique and treatments for guests.
* Must be knowledgeable, independent and experienced in providing blow drying services and updos.
* Experience and ability to provide coloring services are required.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring

As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Hair Assistant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask and solve problems. Previous hair assistant experience or a minimum of 2-year apprenticeship is required, as well as at least one specific training in hair color.

Applicants also are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in Spanish, English knowledge will be considered as an additional skill.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a part-time position (24h/week).

This role might operate on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
